In line with new investment projects, the independent and neutral information site is now being expanded to include the section \u201cGeothermal energy & other environmental investments\u201d. In the future, climate protection projects, ecological real estate funds and geothermal energy investments will also be presented.<\/p>\n

The initiators of closed funds are currently offering around a dozen projects. National and international wind energy, photovoltaic and bioenergy systems are currently being implemented with an investment volume of around 370 million euros. In addition, almost ten initiators are issuing profit participation rights to strengthen equity capital. “A trend that has been observed for a long time and a clear sign that banks are reluctant to finance the development of new projects. Private investors can come into play here,” says Daniel Kellermann, owner and operator of www.greenvalue.de .<\/p>\n

In addition to closed funds and profit participation rights, greenValue offers its visitors an overview of individual projects. “This market is only just emerging, because only a few project developers – for example of PV systems – are taking advantage of the opportunities that arise from national sales,” says Daniel Kellermann, commenting on the slow development.<\/p>\n

A look at greenValue’s previous financial year is cause for celebration. The number of qualified visitors increased by 15% compared to 2005. A healthy growth that is primarily focused on quality and secondarily on quantity. The new publication \u201cRenewable Energy Investment Guide\u201d has been well received by readers. With understandable and competent specialist information, it provides information about opportunities to invest in sun, wind and the like.<\/p>\n

The knowledge of the separately managed management consulting division was used by both younger and established providers. The focus is on marketing and sales advice for initiators of ecological participation projects.<\/p>\n
